The staff was very cute and always happy to help. Their english skills were great. i had half-board included. fresh fruit, baked pastries, and cooked food were available in a wide selection. spa treatments were available, and the therapist was very professional.
sound isolation was not great. i could hear some noise from the hallway.

my room had issues. the balcony door dont lock properly. the staff weren't accommodating when my card got stuck in machine.
